We truly appreciate your loyalty through this exceptional time as we all continue to navigate the challenges of the ongoing pandemic and we look forward to welcoming even more of you back to our hotels in the coming year. Looking forward to 2022, we want to make sure you’ll have the opportunity to take full advantage of your elite status benefits and Reward points during your travels with us.
Status Extension: We understand the time is not right for everyone to return to travel. To offer as much flexibility as possible, your ALL status will be extended to December 31, 2022 regardless if you have met the criteria to achieve that status based on your 2021 activity.
Reward Points Extension: To provide you more time to redeem, we’ve extended the use of your Reward points. For Gold and higher tiers, your points will be extended to December 15, 2022. Silver members, who have not had any eligible account activity in the last 12 months have until December 15, 2021 to redeem or extend your points expiration.
